A Heart That Serves

The world measures greatness by how many people serve you. Jesus turns that upside down and measures it by how many people you serve. He did not merely teach this; He lived it, washing feet and giving His life. Serving is not a lesser calling for those who cannot lead — it is the very shape of a Christlike life. There is always someone within reach who needs what you can give: a listening ear, a meal, a ride, a prayer. Ask God to show you one person today, and take one honest step toward them. In that small obedience, you reflect the heart of Jesus.
